Operator was extremely rude when calling. Was told that I couldn't make a reservation and pay myself for the transport cause my insurance doesn't cover it. She pretty much hung up on me. The people that need this kind of transportation does not need this kind of treatment.

I just called AmT. The scheduler/dispatcher was rude to me and hung up on me. Called to kindly ask about something that may have been left on the van on 9/12. Please tell your boss that you were having a bad day, that you need an assistant, or you need a different position. FOR $60 PER Trip when I could have used a cab for $20, I will stop calling if treated that way again.
