I am just struggling getting used to my Cpap machine! The folks at Az Medical Equipment & Supply(Kimberly and Jade) have been so kind, patient and helpful to me. Jade went above and beyond to make sure I can try another mask that I am hoping I will be more comfortable with. We are on the road traveling and Jade talked me through using another mask and will mail me the other mask for me to try - that is what I call exceptional customer service! I feel so fortunate to be working with such caring medical professionals.
Jade provides incredible customer service. She is empathetic, kind and intelligent. She always has a solution even when she has no control over the cause of a particular problem. It’s so nice to hear her friendly voice and know I will be taken care of so well! Thanks Jade!
