Called around to a couple of places to get help trying to figure out the best way for me to replace my CPAP machine that was stolen. Got the runaround from pretty much everyone until I called Jade from Arizona medical equipment and supply. She was absolutely awesome and incredibly helpful. She spent time helping me that no one else was willing to do. I recommend using them for any of your CPAP needs.
I am just struggling getting used to my Cpap machine! The folks at Az Medical Equipment & Supply(Kimberly and Jade) have been so kind, patient and helpful to me. Jade went above and beyond to make sure I can try another mask that I am hoping I will be more comfortable with. We are on the road traveling and Jade talked me through using another mask and will mail me the other mask for me to try - that is what I call exceptional customer service! I feel so fortunate to be working with such caring medical professionals.
