We moved from the Midwest and looked at a property listed by this company. They originally offered us a 1 year lease. When we were ready to fly back to the mid west to start packing, we stopped at their office to provide first months rent, deposit, etc. We were told at that time that the landlord will only accept a 2 year lease.
