I expected compassion,not here I wanted to travel to see my dad one last time.Dr said if i could travel then i shouldnt be on hospice.kicked me off with no meds.they approached me in hospital and said i was dying Just not fast enough i guess
A GREAT HOSPICE. What a caring family.
In June my mother's cancer progressed to a point that the oncologist told us that no further treatment would be available and to look to hospice. We were already with Arizona Life Palliative Care and had found that they provided education and support during mom's journey through chemo and radiation. It was an easy transition to hospice with our care team. They walked with us and prepared us for what to expect. We cannot thank Arizona Life Hospice enough. We felt the love and support every step of the way.
We recently were blessed to have AZ Life Hospice provide 6 weeks of Hospice care to my 95-year-old Aunt who recently passed. We had decided to have her remain in her home with 24/7 care at the end of her life. We had a wonderful team of caregivers. But they were getting overwhelmed by the demands to transport her to appointments and monitor her health. Once we engaged AZ Life Hospice, all of her medical care was done in the home.
