This office is awesome! The staff is very friendly & efficient. I especially appreciate Brittney - she's always so helpful & compassionate. She goes above & beyond to make sure my husband gets the care he needs.
Why are you scheduling blood draws for 94 year olds and expecting them to sit and wait. You made an appointment for 2:40 pm then when we get there (early) we find out (10 minutes AFTER the appointment time!) there are several people in front of him and no idea how long it will be?!!? Your doctor at Banner is superb, but your appointments system is broken. Just a heads up, we won’t wait next time either. Fix your broken system please…
When you call there, you get the answering machine of someone named Anna. I called so many times and never once got a call back even though I asked for that because it was about medication. After the 10th time of calling, she finally answered the phone and when I confronted her about it, she laughed. My pharmacist also said she never answers the phone and he has to leave a message and she never returns it so he’s going to go over there to talk to the doctor. Dr. Balajrishnan is a great kidney specialist.
I called to make an appointment for a kidney infection. The woman was being quite rude and did not want to make an appointment for me. I asked to speak to her supervisor, as she would not help me. When she transferred over to the supervisor, she did not realize that I could hear her conversation. She and the supervisor completely made fun of me and said all sorts of negative personal things about me and my health. Then, the supervisor said we will just put her on hold.
