Today I received a call reminding me I have no insurance that came across as shaming, and to make sure I could afford a $65.00 dollars cash pay on my next scheduled visit. I would like to start by saying this is not directed at Dr Amish Garg he is quite possibly the kindest doctor I ever met and is responsible for me still breathing. However I can no longer stomach the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the front office staff and I'm actively looking for another nephrologist hypertension doctor. I could go on and on about specifics but having owned businesses myself I will just cut to the chase. Your front office staff has severe entitlement issues that I've witnessed many many times firsthand.... read more
