Staff are always responsive to my questions. Always get right through on the line. Dr. Dixon has been treating my Mom for over 6 years. She is always attentive. I could not ask for a better experience!
Just off the phone with whoever answers their office phones. .. .. That was either the 2nd or 3rd call to tell them to Cease & Disist sending me emails about 'Opting to Go Paperless'. .. .. 1st call to them about their annoying emails; the office rep said they took care of it. .. They have this stupid rule that says you can only schedule 6 months out. So they call me telling me I need an appointment. I call THE NEXT DAY and they said the doctor if booked. Wait you set the 6 month rule and then tell me the doctor is full? Thats the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I like Dr Dixon but being told they have too many patients and if I want to see her I need to go to MARYVALE from EAST MESA is insane and tells me you don’t care about your patients. You care about a full booking.
