I've only been training here for 53 years! Yes, I'm old! I can't physically do some of the things I used to be able to do, but the mental stimulation is incredible. Being able to remember 65 moves of a kata. It truly is a lifetime endeavor.

Enjoy training tailored to our age group. Teaching is based on age, rank, abilities. At 80, there is no need to try and put a kick to the head!! Separate classes for children (like our grandkids!).
Top school. Been training there since 1971. Must be doing something right! Even saved my life in early 1971!!!
