Setup an appointment 3 days in advance for them to show up between noon and 2pm. Got a call 10:30am from the service rep requesting to come earlier as his prior work was cancelled, which I could not make work do to my work. Service rep was not happy to only cancel my service appt 30 minutes before 2pm. Not very professional and definitely not reliable.
