Rented an apartment at one of the properties they manage. Ryan was the property manager over that area. He’s responsive when it comes to emails but getting him on a phone call is difficult which can be understandable. The property itself wasn’t bad and they were quick when it came to repairs. An issue is getting a hold of someone during any kind of emergency fix. I have lived at my unit for 2 years and I am very happy there. Aim has always responded quickly when I need them. Office staff and property manager are all amazing. I feel very blessed..
This is the absolute worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Reach out to me to hear the full story. But after 4 years of living with out hot water in my shower, weeks with roof leaks damaging my personal property, no working refrigerator for weeks, a pool with so many problems that they pinned on me being responsible for repairs that were there before moving in. I’ve lived with this company for 6-8 months now, in July they shut off my gas. Didn’t tell me, didn’t give me a notice. Just straight shut it off, they sent a new stove thinking it’s that and a month later still the stove isn’t the right size and now they want me to be grateful. Grateful because of there mistake, basically I wasn’t paying gas when I moved in, it’s not in the lease stating the gas company.
