Maricella has been a huge help in the moving process.Her attentiveness and communication are amazing.
This company is a joke, they are constantly adding hidden fees. There is a constant problem with snakes, ants, and water cockroaches. The entire apartment i rented has no cocking around the baseboards. They do nothing to prevent noise from the upstairs and downstairs. i should not be able to here every time my neighbors open a door or close a drawer. all they want is your money. do not come here
I had a great experience living in this unit until the move-out process. During my walkthrough inspection with the property manager, I was told everything looked great, and no issues were mentioned. However, a few days later, I received my deposit back with an $800 deduction for painting and priming the walls. The only marks on the walls were from standard wall mounts, which were patched just not touched up with paint.
