I love Dr Zwart. Although the phone and/or front desk sometimes have been having issues it’s the doctor I come here for and I’m glad when I get there he makes me feel comfortable and that I’m receiving good care. Once I’ve arrived they get me in for the appt and are very nice and helpful.

Useless Front Desk! After taking over my Dr Rogers patients when I called to make an appointment they said you have to wait a YEAR until Feb 2025. I don't understand how they can treat their patients with no respect. If the Dr took over established patients why does it take a year to be seen? My refills were even rejected for my maint. meds, it doesn't make sense I can't even find out my Colonoscopy results or get a blood test or needed X-Rays that are due. I see Dr. Bohay and Emily Ichikawa (nurse practitioner). They are caring, compassionate, professional, and always pleasant. I've recently had ongoing issues with lower back pain. They've been able to fit me in on short notice to address my problem. I also want to give kudos to the front desk - prompt and pleasant. I genuinely feel I get excellent health care from this practice.
