I spoke with a very rude and young lady answering general calls. I needed my medical records and she spoke to me in a very immature and childish manner. She tried to talk over me, interrupted many times and even laughed at me when I didn't understand what she was saying. She got frustrated when she tried to tell me that my occupation aligned with another organization - when the two are completely different - and that I would need their form. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Dalal and the staff.
Dr Dalal is great to work with. We live about 160 miles from his office and he has worked with us through the Tele-Visit on the Healow app. We have been able to get our lab work here in Safford at MGRMC and get the results sent to Dr. Dalal. We are very satisfied with our treatment.
