I rented a house for over 4 years in Phoenix. The one managing the property was LiLi. She was one of the best people I ever dealt with as a manager, quick to handle things when there was a problem with the house
I am a Veteran looking that is looking for a home in Phoenix. If you have to talk to someone DO NOT TALK TO LI LI! She is extremely rude and doesn't care at all about being helpful to you. The only reason she sells anything is because the homes are nice enough to sell themselves. It was the worst experience I ever had with a realtor! She isn't nice when she speaks to you and isn't in any way helpful. Why anyone like that would have this kind of job makes no sense. It was very upsetting dealing with that person.
