we are in the Chandler area and Scott came out via appointment and determined we needed a new pump & heater (which is what I was suspecting), quoted us a price I thought was fair and fully explained the process of re-building the pump and why that vs. new....Scott returned when promised and had our hot tub back and up running in short order.....we are very pleased with Arizona Hot Tub Company and highly recommend Scott for all of you hot tub needs.
