I have been a patient at Arizona Heart and Vascular for over a decade. Every time I go there, I am treated as if I am their most important patient. From the greeting at the front desk, the ultrasound technicians, the nurses and doctors, to the billing department, I feel special.
Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. First Dr. (No longer there) did permanent damage to my leg during initial procedure. Second Dr. seemed decent, but after waiting over an hour in lobby for procedure asked what status was at front desk. Only after that did they take me back and get vitals. Only to be told 15 minutes later that it would still be at least another 60-90 minutes before my procedure was to begin. So glad my wife took off work to drive because I was going to be sedated. We just drove 30 minutes across town for this appointment. Sat here for 30 minutes to be told the person doing the test left for the day and do we want to reschedule. I'm trying to get my son cleared for surgery on the 4th. This is unacceptable!
