I had a great experience with the staff and the location. Everyone associated with Arizona Hearing Specialists is friendly, polite, and patient. The Pima location has easy access and parking. They let me park my bike inside. Dr Wright took great care to make sure I understood what the process was with every test. She gave clear directions and answered all my questions. This is a very customer focused business. You won't be disappointed having an appointment here.
The staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Wright was very knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all my questions and gave me great reference material. She did not try to sell me anything, but gave an overview of my options when I asked. Another place I had previously gone did not live up to these standards.

I initially stopped in as they carried my brand of hearing aid and my previous provider had moved away. I was treated warmly, fairly, and they fixed the problem. Later when I had a problem they again took charge and fixed it. I am very comfortable with them and look forward to continuing being a patient into the future.
