Their alerts are totally screwed. 02/06/2026 Texting and email sent for me to renew. No record of renewal requirement on the website or via phone call. Renewal notice upcoming is Nov 2026
This organization doesn't even deserve a star period. They changed my health insurance plan and when I have made my payments they still sent me a notice that they are stopping my insurance. I have the confirmation number for my payment and there phone number to there so called customer service will not answer because they know that there are in the wrong as usual. Theses people at ahcccs have had it out for me for a long time if I'm hispanic or white everything is fine but since I'm not they have a real big problem with me. ... read more
