Worst place to work, management is awful and a clinical director who should not be working in mental health
The 24/7 housing staff never uphold the rules and are biased from person to person. The housing managers purposefully don't report incidents and take away privileges whenever they feel as well as lie about the people staying there to get them in trouble with the higher ups. Makes it very annoying for the people living there and friends and family trying to visit. They could at least try to respect the people they are hired to help and do their jobs, I can't imagine it pays so much that they can risk being that inconsiderate.
I need a part time job. How much do you pay someone with 6 yrs experience?
