Office staff placed three callers on hold, went and changed ac level in another room, complaining of heat, then closed the reception window. Had a 3:30 appt. now 4:15. No word. Girl offended when I ask. Keeps her window closed. Very poor patient service.

They schedule your appointments months in advance because they claim they run out of appointments. Well today I went to my appointment amd asked my dad to go with me since my eyes would be dilated. I drove an hour and a half was checked in and a nurse added numbing drops to my eyes. She tell me the doctor will be in soon. After about half and hour they tell me the doctor will not be in today and that my appointment has to be rescheduled. I missed time off work and my dad's time was also wasted. Very disappointed.

I have been going to this office for several years. The doctors and staff are always pleasant. Dr. David Kay recently performed surgeries on my right eye with excellent results! He took the time to adequately address all of my concerns. At no time was I ever rushed. He is very competent, and it is obvious he enjoys his work. I have had appointments with Dr. Jeffrey Kay and Dr. Michelle Flint at this office and can speak highly of them also. I would definitely recommend Arizona Glaucoma.

Was told by doctor he will check my eyes an hour after dilation. Two hours later, I am still waiting. Complete disregard for people's time.
