Terrible customer service across the board. The machines we got were always breaking down and they were always rude to us when they had to come fix them. They always acted like it was a burden to fix their own machines. I can't emphasize how terrible their costumer service was and how disappointed we were with the product.

They don't service companies less than 150 employees and didn't know of any company that would.

I manage a large office with a bank of vending machines and the vendor that we had was going out of business. So after a bit of shopping around we decided to give Arizona Fresh Vending a try. For the last six months they have been very responsive to our requests and requirements and I would recommend their services to anyone.

We hired Arizona Fresh Vending to put some vending machines and a Micro Market in our call center last year and I've been so pleased with their service and support I had to say something. Unlike our previous vendor, they are very responsive to our requests for changes and repair. The Micro Market concept has proven to be a big hit with our staff and I'm sure we will continue this service for many years to come.
