I called AZ Floor Removal based on the great Google reviews. We needed thinset removed from a 300 sq. ft. space prior to laying new flooring. I called last week, they answered right away and answered my questions, including a general estimate based on the square footage I gave over the phone. We scheduled for today at 8:00am. Matt & crew just completed a dustless travertine floor removal for us (1400+ sq ft). They completed the whole job in a little less than 3 days, which is amazing! They worked so incredibly hard — tile removal is not for wimps! Matt responded very quickly to our initial communications. He answered all of our (many) questions with great patience. Would highly recommend Matthew/crew for floor/tile removal. Did an absolute excellent job for me. Very efficient, did clean work, great quality and their prices are more than fair. Arrived on time and were done exactly as estimated. Not to mention, very, very nice people! They deserve your business. P.s they were very patient with my annoying puppy ;)
I’m one of the houses in their photos and have to say Arizona Floor Removal is great! As advertised it was dustless, they were careful with furniture, about a two day job with how much removal I had. Absolutely would use and recommend them!
Matthew and his team was great! When I first called they were very responsive, got me on the schedule quickly, and were very reasonably priced. I had removed the tile myself and then realized I did not want to remove the thinset, they came out and went above and beyond to get my floor cleaned and ready for new tile. I would 100% reccomend them!
