No matter how bad the condition of the rental it will become the Taj Mahal when you vacate. Don't plan on getting deposits back.
Excellent handling of clients! I am more than pleased with the amazing staff over at Arizona First.
This property management company collects their monthly fee and does very little to manage your property. Worse, they profess to look after the lessor's best interests but make major decisions without consulting you. In our case they removed our entire outdoor electrical lighting system valued @ $3000 with solar lights without our consent, approved an addendum to our lease which allowed the renters to put all of our inventory into storage without our knowledge, and allowed the lessee's to remove 2 of our TV's from our proper... read more
