I have found out the $1900. transmission AZ Firestone installed came from a junkyard with lots wrong with it. I have since spent $1,600. on repairs to the junkyard transmission. These guys are con artists: starting with their suckering customers into their shop with the Firestone street sign. Great place, great prices. Made me feel welcome and at ease.
This place, as typical of 3 of the Firestone shops I've been to, will not stand behind their work when it doesn't meet factory recommendations. The franchise owner would rather pick a fight over specific verbiage than address the issue at hand.
Excellent n very kind guys here..a definite return as my car probly will need!!!
