My father and I had an account here and unfortunately I lost my Father a few months ago. When he passed he had a van that was financed through here and I had to make arrangements on getting it sold or returned via voluntary repo. Unfortunately the risk department would not work with me because my buyer was a dealership. I was treated very disrespectful by the risk team.
