I had a wonderful experience with the young lady who did my teeth cleaning. I can't remember her name, but she was exceptional. Please give her a raise. She deserves it.
Appreciate the customer focused approach they took! Very communicative, and not rushed.
Nancy was condescending and confused on why I was calling for a cleaning and assuming that couldn't be the right reason for my call. That and getting confused on me being a new client despite asking for an intake. I would have left it at that with no review but them calling back twice shows they can't let it be and realize they were being unprofessional and I wouldn't want their services at this point.
