I have been taking a family member here for a little over a month due to an ongoing issue. They kept telling her to come back for check ups and by the last appointment today the staff was rude and acted irritated that she was there. Specifically Dr. Winkler. He was dismissive and unpleasant. Sometimes people are nervous about health issues and it's a doctor's duty to make them comfortable. He needs to work on his attitude.

This place i s the worst! They have text me four times. In those four times I have tried to call. The "call back" game is garbage! It does hold you rplace in line and then it will click on you. You will wait countless hours on the phone just TRYING to speak to a human. They also text in off hours as well (not pertaining to an appointment reminder). You cannot get in to get an appt for months and when you do, they cancel on you. It took over 2 hours to “talk” to a live person today and she could care less. I am changing eye doctors. I have been struggling for over a year and THEY don’t care.
