Fantastic front office receptionists. I was greeted with a smile and the word “Welcome” as I entered the receptionist area. Medical assistant was punctual. Explained the procedure I was to receive in detail. Created comfortable environment for me. Check out person was personable, friendly and reminded me of my next scheduled appointment.
Please fix your Portal so your patients can schedule their next appointment directly. The current system just doesn't cut it. I truly dread calling your office since I will be " you are number 18" yet again !!!
The technician who conducted my tests was amazing! Very professional, and very kind. My doctor was also. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
