I have been bring my Bird there for years and have always been given the best care ever,I would not take him any where ells. I cant remember his name but he was a tec that came out to get my Bird and let me know what was going on and what my Bird did, very nice young man. everything went Great !!
Friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable staff. Minimal wait time, efficient, and effective service, expert vet and tech who inquired and listened thoroughly to responses, made reasonable suggestions for follow up, showed genuine care for my bun, and offered tips for home care as well. Staff was informative and compassionate, I received clear expectations of the treatment plan and costs, and the visit was very efficient. All the avian care team that worked with my cockatiel were amazing, and I will be returning!
