Horrible communication within their own company- First person I spoke to wrote down my email wrong (assumed the spelling of my first name, despite that I gave it to them letter by letter), and every time they sent me an email I had to call and correct it. Three times! Plus when you call their CS line they give you a PM for the job- it was a basic residential mold inspection. Why do I also need to contact a PM?
