BEWARE! Yesterday my husband was in our front yard and was approached by a lady named Nicole. She even called him by his first name upon approach (Yes, I know, this should've been the red flag)! She said she was with Arizona Environmental. .She said that she was doing water testing. Mind you, we recently just closed on our new home, and have not even been in it for a week.
