Best doctor!!! Dr Berens is a very gifted surgeon. He saved my life!!
Medical staff is great but forget about trying to pay a bill. I have been getting a run around trying to pay a bill. I have left messages, talked to billing number and got told we don't handle them anymore. Transferred to another number and told they aren't able to take payments since change over. The billing department is a joke.
I think there is some Medicare billing fraud going on with this office. Keep getting invoices for a bill I have paid twice.
Friendly staff and remarkably quick turnaround time for appointments. Arriving early typically resulted in being seen sooner than scheduled!
