Went there for a follow up per hospital instructions with a GI Specialists. This was one of a few that handled my insurance. Took forever to get the referrals straight. They said they didn’t get it. primary care said they sent it. Luisa was her name. When I asked for her the times I was there ironically she never was . For all I know she remote works in Alaska. . Dr Randolph is knowledgeable and he addressed my questions to my satisfaction. The procedure went smoothly. The staff were polite and friendly, putting me at ease before the procedure.
The center was clean and the staff made me comfortable
Dr. Schwartz was very professional, explained the surgery very well, and completed the surgery perfectly. My hand is getting better every day. I highly recommend him & his staff.
