The whole ordeal began when the New PA Dawn Hays inadvertently or simply because she was not paying attention submitted a prescription to Express Scripts rather than to Luke AFB which is where my wife's prescriptions have been sent to since she started being seen by Dr. Ariyan the main doctor thus creating a tremendous burden on myself and disrupting the system in which was set up to get her medications, I don't use Express Scripts I think they are a Rip Off, and when I called them they said you received it . it's yours and ... read more
If there were a lower rating than the 1 star, this review would utilize it. I have never in the 60+ years I have lived in Phoenix been treated with such a total lack of concern, consideration or professionalism by a doctors office and their staff. Dr. Dolinar is supposed to be my assigned doctor - I wont go into specifics - I had an MRI done - ordered by my primary care - got the results the Monday before Thanksgiving - I have a tumor on my pituitary gland in my brain. Couldn't see an M.D. but was told the M.D. (Dr Menon) would come in during the middle of t. he appointment. I had to see a Nurse practitioner. Not very impressed with her for my medication management. I had a total thyroidectomy due to cancer. Dr Menon I have only seen once and the second visit I saw Dr Hasinski which I was really impressed with. He explained everything very clearly. I am going to attempt to switch providers.
No empathy or compassion from the doctors. Don't listen to the list of symptoms you have and that it's altering your quality of life, just focused on lab results. If I thought I could get in anywhere else for a second opinion asap I would, but everyone is booked and I need tests done to find out why. Looks like I'll be going back for tests and once i figure something out I'll seek another provider.
