We are working with this tenant to try to resolve her issue. She just moved in to the property and we gave her 4 days of free rent to allow her to move in early to keep her from being homeless. We charge all tenants a cleaning deposit up front which she hasn't paid yet, to assure the property is cleaned upon move out. We offered her a rent credit for her trouble, but she is not satisfied with that.
************** could not be more wrong. They are unethical and dishonest. Any company that promotes short-term rentals of less than 30 days at properties that have strict CC&Rs not allowing such rentals is by nature a dishonest and unethical company. Dishonest, unethical and abusive group of arrogant agents and property managers. They frequently violate criminal law and engage in abusive collection methods. Avoid these slum ladies, and lords. Belongs out of business. A disgrace to Arizona with no integrity.
I w**** give a zero if possible. Our experience with this company has been negative. Stefanie G**** was not helpful. We requested a refund for our travel do to the COVID-19 and being on a "stay at home order" per our governor, and it was denied. We were under governor orders that only essential travel was allowed. The only part that was refunded, of a almost $2000 reservation, was a cleaning fee and an additional fee to heat the pool. So, none of the actual reservation was refunded. Hands down the worst people and worst company for renters and property owners. They are rude, condescending, and ONLY care about getting their money! DO NOT rent from them!!!!! Any issue you have at all will be completely ignored. PLEASE read the reviews left on ******maps by so many people who have been mistreated (even criminally!) by this company!
