Landlord nice is on top of things and responds fast. Just wish they were honest and upfront upon move it and provide check lists as I had to get things fixed or cleaned.
Great to work with! Find you what you need. Very upfront and personal when it comes to their clients. Wouldn’t deal with anybody else.
This place is TERRIBLE , throughout a 12 month period I was assigned 3 different property managers , the place I was renting had a hole under the kitchen that lead to outside so I constantly had To ask them to close it because it was allowing bugs in , but that never got fixed , I had plumbing issues constantly since I’d moved in ( I was charged to fix the preexisting plumbing issues ) .
