I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability from this landlord regarding a crucial issue: mailbox access. Despite being promised a mailbox key during the first week of my tenancy, I experienced significant delays. As a result, my packages were marked as vacant and removed before I even had access to the mailbox. When I reached out to the landlord, Michael, I was met with excuses and a lack of solutions. Landlord nice is on top of things and responds fast. Just wish they were honest and upfront upon move it and provide check lists as I had to get things fixed or cleaned.
Great to work with! Find you what you need. Very upfront and personal when it comes to their clients. Wouldn’t deal with anybody else.
