I’m writing this review to share our experience with Jacob Floyd Garrison, who is the listed owner of Arizona Elite Builders, LLC. In September 2024, our HOA hired another company also owned by Mr. Garrison to recoat 35 townhomes. We paid a 50% deposit upfront. For two months, we were given constant excuses for delays—broken-down truck, foreman on vacation, etc. Eventually, Mr. Garrison admitted that he had spent our deposit—intended for materials—on personal expenses and no longer had the funds to do the work as promised. Very un professional and do not pay their contractors on time. Which after 2 weeks is illegal by the way. They don’t answer phone calls after you complete the work they’ve asked. Be aware un ethical company
6 years later after a new build and still fixing huge errors. Yesterday I had to crawl through the attic to add a support for a light fixturer that fell from the ceiling, short screws were drilled into sheet rock. The list goes on with us hiring other people to redo and undo what ELITE should have done right.
They did a great job. Have referred them all ready.
Arizona Elite Builders quoted us a very competitive price, and the change orders were less than 10% of total cost. Our project manager, David B., was extremely honest and professional. This company remodeled my neighbor's house and was recommended to me. They did a great job and the only negative was a few supply chain issues due to COVID - which is completely out of their control. I would recommend these guys.
