Worst experience ever. Doctor’s kept quitting. I continued to get my appointments bumped. No one answers the phone or returns calls. It was an awful experience and after 3 months of this I cut my losses and got a referral to another provider.
Zero stars for the entire location first off Dr. Bortuzzo is definitely the worst i started seeing her I February my first appointment she seeded good said she was going to order some tests 2 of the tests that she said she was going to order got done the third one she waited a couple months before ordering it. And then I had an appointment in July that was the only time I got any of my tests results. There was no contact with her whatsoever. No callbacks as promised even after days of leaving messages.
My best friend has been trying to get seen here for the past two months due to a GI issue that causes her DEBILITATING pain for FOREVER now. Not once but TWICE now have they delayed her appointment, both times Dr. Bortuzzo called out sick. As healthcare professionals ourselves, this is downright disgusting. I understand personal matters, and once is fine, but pushing us out all the way to the 29th and just watching the impact this has on her mental health? Absolutely absurd.
