worst place ever - so many things wrong there and so incredibly rude and disrespectful - can not even get their records straight at all or ever let alone facts
This place is a joke! I was referred by my insurance company. I was advised by my referring doctor to wait for AZ Digestive to get ahold of me 2-3 business days after receiving referral, that was 3/10/25 Never got a call. I called and spoke to someone in the office to try to get scheduled on 3/17/25 was asked what type of insurance I have and when I replied with company name I was transferred to someone else whom I had to leave a voicemail for. Dr. Mahajani is wonderful! He really takes the time to listen and provides great service!
If you’re a few minutes late, Dr.Mann will turn you away! It was 2:07 for a 2:00 appt and they cancelled it. It is outrageous and no doubt a great break during the day for staff. I’ve never in all my doctor visits had that happen to me before. It is inexcusably rude for people who waited months for an appt. I can’t control traffic but some doctors/staff can play with your life! I waited plenty of time for doctors who were running late,but unacceptable for patients here!!
Rude, toxic, accusatory office staff. If you question the reason behind a billing code. The office manager is caustic and off-putting. Go somewhere else.
