Follow-up for a stent took an HOUR AND A HALF to be seen passed appt time. Office manager is sarcastic, and didn’t take the time to confirm ins when told we did not have a PPO (which we did). Shoved us off when asking for an appt with the docs, told us to just go to the ER. All over egotistical vibe and sucks to have to change docs when we took measures to keep continuity of care. If you can avoid this office, do it.

I had THE ABSOLUTE WORST experience with a woman named Syreeta while I trying to make a follow up appointment with Dr M. She yelled at me and treated me like I was a piece of garbage. I will NEVER go back to this place again because of her. She even gave me the phone number to a new gastroenterologist over the portal. She left me shook. So unfortunate. So unprofessional. So disappointed.

This place is a joke! I was referred by my insurance company. I was advised by my referring doctor to wait for AZ Digestive to get ahold of me 2-3 business days after receiving referral, that was 3/10/25 Never got a call. I called and spoke to someone in the office to try to get scheduled on 3/17/25 was asked what type of insurance I have and when I replied with company name I was transferred to someone else whom I had to leave a voicemail for.
