Holy cow, terrible to do business with. They pressure you to but their warranty and only to find it is worthless. The Mesa outlet manager is rude and condescending. They are only interested in a sale. Their customer service is horrible. Find another place, don't believe the hype. Save yourself money and aggravation.
I was so very happy with the selection and their ability to make what I wanted, I had been to jewelry stores all over the valley and Chain Reaction was the only place that not only was able to make what I wanted but, had the pieces right there for me to look at. I highly recommend this store to any one who's tastes are of the beaten path and prefers to have custom jewelry.
