VERY UNPROFESSIONALl and THOUGHTLESS I n a rush to try & cut their day short, they gave away my 90 year old father’s MRI appointment to 2 other patients that arrived very early: even though we arrived at the scheduled time for the appointment . They told us that due to their giving his appointment away, we would have to wait 1 1/2 hours before they could take my father back for the appointment ,regardless of our timely arrival. Had a long wait at one location and had to reschedule. The Dobson road location did an excellent job getting me right in, and I really appreciate being able to access scan images on their portal. Very professional & courteous.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent people!
This was my first time doing an MRI and the Nurse was very helpful in making me feel comfortable. I also had it with and without contrast and when she did the IV it went very well. Overall it was a great experience.
