I always have a good experience. Today was no different. Everyone is kind and that is important to me.
The actual appointment and medical test, excellent. In the last several months, however, it has been difficult to schedule an appointment. Never had that problem before with AZD. Delays or no answer for scheduling; failure to submit doctor’s notes or prior authorization to insurance, resulting in denials and further delays and appeals to finally being able to set the appointment.
