Check in was fast and easy. Procedure was done on time and technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I arrived at the imaging place at 12:50. when I checked in I was told that the person doing the imaging would not be there until 1:15. that was when her lunch time ended. Finally, after waiting until 1:45 (45 min. after my appt. She called me in. She didn’t have the decency to apologize for my long wait. She was very unprofessional. My X-rays took less than 5 min.
