Great Community Hospital Highline Hospital isn't a large or specialty hospital like those you will find in downtown Seattle. They will have to refer you to the downtown hospitals if they aren't equipped to help you. However, for a community hospital it is one of the best I've been treated by! Their emergency room is great. As with many ERs the wait time can be long depending on which day and time you arrive. They are always quick to assess the situation and get you in ahead of others if your situation is truly urgent! The nu... read more

Watch out for Highline Highline hospital killed my wife by not following procedure while giving a clot busting medicine. The pharmacist was suppost to go over the proper way of using the drug, But all she did was put it on the post and leave. Then there was a shift change, and the proper procedures were not given to the next shift. So instead of the drug going in slowly, over a matter of hours, it went in all at once. causeing a brain hemorage. All they can say is gee sorry! What a bunch of grap that is.

Stay Away! Horrible! My experience at Highline was not only devastating but will be etched clearly in my mind for the rest of my life. Spare yourself the problems and drive a little further, it just might save your life! I can only assume that the multiple doctors I came in contact with were probably the least experienced and knowledgeable doctors in the area (like the ones no one else would hire). The nurses are cold and insensitive, push the button to call them and they might show up a half hour later (if your lucky). Thei... read more

Horrible customer service Care has slightly improved since they overhauled the hospital. Once you're out get ready for the nightmare with the billing process. They have multiple billing offices for the same place. Even when they've received insurance payments they'll go after you for the rest like vultures. They will send you to collections even if you're making monthly payments. They'll tell you that right up front. Even if there are no wages to garnish they'll send you to collections instead of taking payments if you're no... read more

Thank GOD! I brought my newborn into the emergency room here for a very high fever. The entire place seemed to stop and take care of my daughter. They were there within seconds of me calling for them. Everyone there was friendly and not only cared for my baby but for my state of panic also. Everything was clean and roomy. I just wish i had chosen to deliver here.

Stay Away From Sugar Land St. Luke's!! My doctor is excellent; however, I wish he was affiliated with the main St. Luke's in the TX Medical Center. I had a hysterectomy at St. Luke's Sugar Land. In hindsight, I should have gone to St. Luke's in the Med Center, where there is world-class patient care. The nurses at Sugar Land St. Luke's were incompetent, made medication errors, did not wash their hands, & were rude & insensitive. Stay away from this facility if you can! Don't take risks with your life! I am glad I got out of ... read more

World Class Birthing unit I had my third child at St Lukes in Sugar land. The nurses were very professional and attentive. They were extremely knowledgeable and caring to not only my baby and myself, but also my entire family. This unit looks and feels more like a hotel than a hospital. The unit is quiet and they come to every call within seconds. I felt very safe and pampered here. I liked that I saw the same nurse pretty much everyday. It is small so that you don't have to be transferred out of your room after the delivery... read more

OBGYN / Midwives I've had both of my children at St. Joe East and they waited on me hand and foot. These group of doctors are the best in their field. If you want a OG/GYN that makes you feel like they care this is the place to go.
