terrible service at adeq air testing station due to long lines and obviously busy-work procedures making for long test times per vehicle. spent over an hour in line because I could not check the test station cameras on the website. CAMERAS ARE NOT WORKING. this is the second day I've tried - gave up yesterday because of long lines. went earlier today to no avail. get those cameras working and streamline your procedures - or build more bays and hire more people. this is ridiculous.
