Had an appointment scheduled months out in advance, contact them over a week prior to my appointment to see if they had any later time slots available. They said the next available spot was over 3 months later so I said “let me just check to see if my other appointment can be rescheduled first”. I reschedule my other appt and tell them by 6AM the next morning and then they informed me that they cancelled my appointment and had already filled it.
