I was very impressed from the time I walked into the clinic to the service provided up until the very end of my visit. I went in for a cleaning. Everything was explained clearly to me by the hygienist and by Dr. Arthurs. They have cool new x-ray technology. Saturday hours are not only for cleanings but they can do extractions under local anesthesia on Saturdays. Today I was a first time patient at Dental Depot located on Bell road and 42nd St. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I was given by ALL of the staff, especially the dental assistant. She was incredibly nice and because of her I will be back for sure! I already made my appointment for next year! THANK YOU!
I went to Dental Depot for a 2nd opinion on possible cavities. One being under a crown which would have been a lot of work and money. They confirmed only 1 cavity and it was just the regular one. They took care of it that day. I hate needles and the Novocain was a breeze with them. The doctor walked me through the whole process and even explained what was occurring as the injections were being done! The staff was professional.they did a great job getting me ready for a bridge on my lower rear right side.the dental room was clean and organized.a great company to get dental work done.and the dentist was a knock out!
I had a emergency tooth ache I called and was told to come in ASAP they helped me on the spot . They have a very caring staff and a wonderful denist.
The staff is fabulous, however it was still traumatic because I have a severe gag reflex. They were unable to finish the prep for the "bridge" so I have to go back in one more day. Ugh!
