I enjoying coming here my family and I switched from one location that was very rude and unprofessional to this one. So far they have been wonderful!
The hygienist was great the receptionist was kind and prompt also. However, I was disappointed in how long the dentist kept me waiting. I understand a little wait of 10-15 minutes, but anything longer is rude. I had things to do and 1 1/2 hours for a cleaning...with most of the time just waiting to be seen is not good. Professionals should be made aware that they are not special but that the patient is. I will not hold it against the Dental Depot and will continue to visit as I think the staff is wonderful.
I was very impressed with my visit to Dental Depot and appreciated Dr. Guilt's suggestion to what path I could take in regard to my present bridge. I will keep up with his suggestions and will have the work done on my upper teeth when my present bridge can no longer hold up.
Dr. Gary Gwilt is amazing and one of the best. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!
I opted for a 7am appointment for a filling that was a quick fix. I arrived a few minutes before and walked right in, took care of business and got seated. Within a few minutes Doc arrived and numbed me up and got to the "filling". I mentioned a call I needed to take at 8am. No worries on time as Doc had me out in plenty of time. Naturally a filling can get wonky but all went well and fast. Good teamwork and excellent technical skill to get me moved along so that I could do the same for my client on the 8am call. Dr. Gwilt as he has been on all of my prior dental appointments were excellent, patient and kind. I am thankful to have found such a wonderful dentist!!!
Since this was my first visit I arrived 3 hours early, fully expecting a long wait, however they worked me in their schedule early. The hygienist was pleasent, courteous, and efficient. The dentist was friendly and didn't act rushed. This is a great paradigm for the patients. I will continue to use their services and recommend this dental office to everyone I have a chance to come in contact with needing quality dental care. Pete Dillon BSEE
I feel like I'm seeing old friends every time I come here. They ask about my family and tell me what's going on with them. Everyone makes sure my experience there is pleasant and pain free.
Dental Depot is amazing! They went way out of their way for me on an emergency root canal. Dr. Qwilt Im so thankful. It was very clean and everyone was friendly. They were quick and sufficient. It is a train theme which is super cool and I hadnt decided to take my 16 month old to a dentist yet but Im going to take her here! Im very excited about it. They definitely gained a permanent patient.
