This company just took control over my community. I was really impressed by a staff member named Ms. Yu. Unlike a lot of other HOA management companies - they answer the phone when you call. So far happy. Also want to add that working with Kimberly Potter has been wonderful - she sends detailed emails and handles problems directly and quickly.
