The respect and professionalism of AZCMS has been noticed and well earned. It doesn't happen overnight and being present at the meetings is the best experience. Terri Lawless was most helpful in contacting the HOA landscapers to have tree branches removed from our roof. We were concerned that the branches were damaging our roof tile. We are appreciative of her prompt response and happy with the work of the tree trimmers.
I find dealing work this HOA to be deplorable. I was told to paint my house this year and while under review for color prefer preference I was penalized $100 even tho I had been assured that would not happen. Original color choice was denied and before you knew it there was an additional fine. When finally given approval for colors I asked for a letter for this. I was told by Terri Lawless that she would not spend postage money to send this and the email world have to suffice. I had the house painted and was aghast to receiv... read more
