Our experience with this HOA has been unacceptable. Communication is nearly impossible — we spent months trying to get in contact with anyone, and in the meantime fines and charges continued to build. We have been issued $200 fines for weeds, even after correcting the issue multiple times. In fact, we just received another letter today citing weeds that were “observed in February,” despite the fact that we cleaned everything up last month. This company is the worst: Community splitting and paying one of their employees to do a volunteer board members job. They have poor ethics, horrible customer service. Our community manager we had was out to lunch on communications, possible sabotaging the elections on purpose. If is wasn't on purpose it was 3 huge mistakes that should not have happened. Don't use these.
I am happy to say they sent pest control to address the problem.
