This is by far one of the worst businesses I have encountered!! 1. They have a website that they were to keep you updated, but don’t update at all. 2. Very unresponsive, didn’t seem to care if problem was solved or not. Wouldn’t return calls. 3. They did come out and set a trap, but never came back to get it or check to see if rodent was captured. 4. This company has been tremendously helpful to us in resolving some tricky issues when we went to sell our home. They really went above and beyond and are so courteous to deal with. Highly recommend Kirt and this company!
