Horne Dodge & Chrysler in Show Low stepped and took great care of us when we explained that we were traveling with trailer and had encountered a DEF issue leaving Oro Valley AZ. They managed to fit us in, evaluated our issue and reprogrammed and few things in our 2025 RAM 2500 diesel along with some extensive road test to get us back on the road. A big shoutout to the Service Manager and our service rep Jonny for the great service.

We showed up in Showlow at the Horne Ram Jeep dealership just before closing time yesterday. We were in a bit of an emergency situation on our travels home to Ontario, Canada and we were pulling a 5th wheel trailer. The whole team here at Horne Ram Jeep rallied together to help us out. The team made sure we had a safe place to stay overnight and they got our truck serviced as quickly as possible. Sincere gratitude to each and everyone here at Horne Ram Jeep.
