I took my Jeep Wrangler into the Show Low Jeep dealer for its 100000 mile major matinance. I also wanted them to check a clicking in the rear end. They had my Jeep for 3 weeks while they checked on warrant coverage. I am satisfied.with the work. But , I am not satisfied with the policies of the dealership. They charge a $200 inspection diagnostic inspection fee. They require payment for all parts or half the total bill before they begin work. And, they refuse to honor any warranty except for the Mopar warranty. I will not us... read more
This service dept is the absolute WORST organization I have ever experienced in my 61 years. TERRIBLE. Wont bore you with details other than 2 months and 5 visits on the same simple problem. Don waste your time, they will make every excuse in the book, outright lie to your face, treat you like an enemy.
