RecommendedDr. Steven Bastian, MD has done several of my hand surgeries - One was very serious. I have always been very pleased with the way I am treated by him and all of the staff in both offices. I now have a Shoulder problem that I would only trust to him.
they are so nice and the dr.was so patience with me cuz I had trouble understanding the doctor saw me really fast I barely had to wait in the waiting room there are also sweet and understanding and explain Stuff to me ..my partner went there years ago and had two surgeries on her hand and she loved it there too I highly recommend this place I will tell everybody how great they are
had surgery almost 3 wks ago and the doctor took care of me with no pain and quick surgery
money hungry dont care about the patient. long wait time and i didht even see a doc when I was scheduled for one i seen a PA who said there was no other option for my 18mo old except for surgery. got a second opinion and they just put my daughter in a splint and she is perfectly fine healing great! do not trust this place i drove all the way across town literally from el mirage to mesa for that crap.
Call your patients back with test results.....Had to call twice for results weeks after tests....
stop billing for surgeries not performed
This company has cameras all over the place and made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. They lack professionalism and seem to only focus on getting your payment. It feels very robotic when what you need is some TLC. We are going through traumatic experiences and need reassurance. I strongly suggest not going here for medical treatment because of the support staff. On the positive side, doctor was great.
